Unable to run a Windows 16-bit application due to corrupt or replaced file(s).
Cause:
Some of the application files may have been corrupted, or they were replaced by Windows 95 files when Windows 95 was installed.
Solution:
Reinstall the 16-bit application program, or purchase the 32-bit upgrade to software.
